Verax Systems is an international software house & solution provider specializing in IT solutions for the telecommunications, banking and
enterprise markets. Verax provides products and services focusing on improving business communication and efficiency in the following areas:
enterprise knowledge management, business-to-client electronic communication, business intelligence, systems monitoring, service billing and
others.
We are currently looking for a Fraud Management / Revenue Assurance Technical Consultant to work on customer site in Germany
(Muenchen/Munich).
Description:
• Assist in the implementation of FM/RA software and provide a single point of contact for the customer after the implementation.
• Provide ongoing support for the implemented system in production.
• Monitor production processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with application tuning.
Requirements:
• Experience in application support or consulting roles.
• Knowledge of Oracle development, tuning and/or administration.
• Knowledge of unix administration and/or shell-scripting.
• Telecom fraud management / revenue assurance experience highly desired.
• Native or fluent German required.
• Customer facing and problem solving skills.
